Because Secnidazole and Furaz. can be difficult to source the clinic suggest the following as an alternative:

Septrin DS (dosage is standardised)
Tetracycline hydrochloride 500mg 3xdaily
Nitazoxanide 500mg twice daily
all combined for 10 days.
