Re: Food allegies test results
Zzoey,
Use the test as a guide on what to eat. Probably avoid the 3's at all cost if you can. The 1's are theoretically not as much a problem for you.
Some of these results may not be accurate (false positives) and you probably have foods that cause reactions that are not on this list (false negatives).
In the end you will be the barometer to see what really bothers you.
To test yourself you'll need to avoid all known allergens-avoid all the ones that you reacted to with a 1, 2, or 3. In addition, avoid all foods you know bother you whether or not it showed on your test results. Avoid all junk foods, additives,
preservatives etc. Avoid all this for 7 to 10 days and see how you feel. Add back into your diet the things you think are least likely to affect you -one at a time!! Slowly, add back foods because your reaction to a food can be delayed 24 hours after eating it.
I hope you have a someone to guide you through this, but please ask any questions you would like.
In addition to figuring out what is causing your reactions you need to spend energy on rebulding your body so it doesn't have allergies. You need to be eating as best as you can and doing many things to help your body get well. Curezone can definitely help.
