I do daily 20-minute coffee enemas, but I always go on my own first at least once every morning. I agree that if that's the only time you go, something must change. I'm currently doing 2 kinds of fiber (Genesis Today's 4 Fiber and Spectrum's Flax Fiber) and Natural Calm magnesium. The fiber provides bulk and the magnesium gets things moving. I was doing psyllium husks for fiber but I read that it pulls out everything including the good bacteria - so then I have a yeast problem.
