I'm pretty sure I've had it before going raw because all the symptoms i've had go way back, shoot probably 10-20 years ago for all now.
My diet for the past month usually consists of and if i'm lucky to eat on a particular day would be:
Glass of fresh squeezed orange juice that I get from my trees.
Sometimes a glass of almond milk for lunch. I'll usually add some raw chocolate, cinamon, agave, cardomun, allspice, tocotrienals, cayanne, carob.
During the day all either snack or a make a meal out of a few apples, peaches, oranges, nectarines, or whatever happens to be in season at the farmers market.
Around lunch, dinner time if i'm really lucky i'll a big plate of greens with a orange, cayanne, garlic dressing I make.
I also have a tendency to gorge on almonds.
There are days were I'll just drink a glass of orange juice and i won't be hungry for the rest of the day. Sometimes I'll pig out. It all depends on what my body craves. I'm working on eating some more greens. It's just a little difficult right now becuase i'm always out on the streets and its easier to carry an apple around and munch on it when i'm hungry.
I just got out of the habit of pigging out on dates and almonds all day as my only meal (can't help, its a tasty treat), drinking a few large glasses of O.J., apple juice, chugging down smoothies when i'm not hungy. When i eat like this i'll usually over eat and i'll feel bloated and have a lot of gas.
