I just found out by metabolic typing, that my body needs way less carbohydrates, though I thought I was eating healthy. My main symptom is, way out of line, high triglycerides. With 3 years of "healthy" eating and keeping the organs clean my cholesterol is always high, though my blood pressure went down and is normal.
Next June I will go for another cholesterol test and see if my new adjustments are helping.
