Liver & Gallbladder weights?

Does anyone know the size and weight of a liver & gallblader that don't have stones in them versus ones that have stones in them?

I'm wondering how BIG our gallbladders and livers must be if we have all this stuff in them! And if they're bigger than they should be, how much added weight is simply carried in the liver and gallbladder!!!! Tweet
