The only exercise I've been doing is walking. I do a lot of walking. But I haven't had the excess energy to run, like Teach The Word does, or do any other high intensity working out.
I make sure to drink a lot of plain water (6-8 cups per day). I also have 1.5 cups of water mixed with 2 tablespoons of ACV per day.
My favorite juices this autumn have been beet/apple, apple, Celery & red bell pepper, gaspacho juice, cantelope juice. I'd say I have about 4 1.5 glass servings a day. I also have low sodium beef or chicken broth for dinner.
I also take fish oil capsules every day, and I OP (oil pull).
I think that's it, but I may be missing something.
