Toxicity Pondering

Background:

36 year old, who has eaten very healthily for most of their life, and who has exercised most of it as well.

In the new health year of 2006, I've been taking/doing every day:
ACV for the last 6+ months;
fish oil capsules for the last 3+ months;
Juice fasting on and off for the last 2+ months; and
OPing for the last 1 month.

Last week, I also did my first ever Liver Flush and for the first time used detox foot patches.

For the first three weeks of OPing, I used OO. I would always pull for twenty minutes in the morning, and the oil would take almost the entire twenty minutes before becoming watery.

Since last week, I've been using OO (Olive-Oil) and sunflower oil. The sunflower oil has been changing after 1-2 minutes and the oo changes after 4-5. My protocol has been to use new oil as many times as necessary to do the entire 20 minutes.

Also over the last week, I've been sick - the flu - which I explained away to myself as a "healing crisis".

It would seem to me that, instead of "becoming a highly toxic person" (no pun intended), the addition of the Liver Flush and foot patch to the OPing is literally pulling the toxins from different areas of my body where it has been stored for days/weeks/years/decades.

Could I be correct in this assumption? Do you think this is possible? Please respond. I really hope that Trapper, Molly and our resident scientists comment on this.

Thanks, No Scale
