I was in your shoes once upon a time :(
also, try eating at 1:30---1:45 and you can eat heartily........potato's (sweet potatoes don't need any butter).........rice & beans, oatmeal, fruit, veggies......fill up! This stuff stays with you, then tons of water......big glasses or bottles and you should be fine......this is what I do.......I make a big pot of rice and add beans and onions some garlic and various veggies and herbs to make it tasty and eat until i'm stuffed so it lasts.....
if eating and hunger is a big thing......try dr. kelley's you get berrie and cream or icecream.......at 7pm.....many use this successfully too.
for me, it's eating something filling at 1:45, drinking lot's of water inbetween, then taking my capsules with organic apple juice......then, instead of juice for the oil, I:
squeeze the juice of 1/2 lemon into a large glass/cup
add 1/2C oil
then 5
oz or Coke Classic or a naturally sweetened carbondated beverage
and try to drink it down while it's still fizzing.......if it stops fizzing I add another ounce or two of the pop/soda and finish drinking it down......at the same time I have a large handful of L-Ornitine (8-10) these are the "knock out" drops LOL .....2-4, HCl or digestive enzymes, aloe vera capsules, some people use alka seltzer Gold.......I just use natural whenever I can.....ginger....whatever works for you.......
then in about 15-20 min., I am counting sheep and sleep through the night and get up at 6 for my next round.......
