LOL-I started the 1st time by just fasting throughout the day with lemonade (the MC) and then 1 meal in the evening. By evening, I said, "What the heck, I'll just go for a whole day." Before I knew it, I didn't want to stop and went to day 13. Hope it works out for you!
P.S.-I found fasting easier to do when I'm busy @ work/school & not sitting @ home
