I always drink a cup of warm water first thing in the morning, it hydrates the kidneys and cleanses the colon. You might try doing this first thing before you do anything in the morning (and yes, you can pull after) - also when I first started pulling I found it very dehydrating for some reason...this went away after a month but I really had to up my water intake.

One other thing....have not needed to try this but sounds simple and inexpensive, add a pinch of Epsom Salts to your meals, just a tiny bit to help get things moving along. I have read that on several forums and that it works well for constipation.
