Good luck and enjoy your vacation. When you keep a clean diet and have cleansed your body so digestion and toxin removal is more efficient, then you can enjoy the occasional indulgence without harm. Just don't overdo it, but don't deprive yourself either. I believe the body has an inner wisdom that will let you know what it will tolerate. The key is to overcome the noise our emotional appetite makes when its always crying for "More!!" of the things the body needs the least.
