I am a believer!!

I have been wondering, "what the heck is oil pulling?" I figured it was something weird and mystical you guys were doing...lol! Anyway, I got turned on to oil pulling by reading the testimonials from another health board. Then I took the time to read through all the messages on this forum. I am upset that I waited so long to try this!!

Last night for the 1st time I oil-swished using safflower oil. I did it for 20 min. Within a few minutes phlegm started coming up my throat, my head felt clearer and lighter (decongested), my liver was making noises, and my energy increased significantly. After I finished, I was coughing up small amounts of phlegm for the next hour or so, and my nose was runny.

This morning I oil-swished 3x for about 5 minutes each time with safflower oil. On the 1st swish I experienced my vision getting brighter; colors were more alive and vivid. My liver started making noises again, more phelgm and increased energy. When I looked in the mirror after finishing all 3 swishes I found that my teeth were whiter, and my dark eye circles were significantly reduced. My nose is also runny again.

I'm going to keep this up for the rest of the year and see how my health improves. I'm also going to experiment with using different oils including neem oil.
