i just saw your reply below and just wanted to ask u a quick question...as im at uni now and dont have a comp. at my flat i have to walk 20 mins to a library so i thought i would ask now in the hope a reply would be waiting for me wen i next come down lol
i was just wondering as a fellow gymer what kind of breakfast u have cos im finding it really difficult to know what to have for breakfast...at the moment i usually have a juice consisting of spinach apples carrots lime etc then i dont know what to have! i have just ordered sonme of the ultimate nutrition protein powder u use but it has to be shipped so that may take a while... i am also going to purchase some hemp protein powder and mix that with the juices i make in the morning...
sorting out a healthy Diet takes alot of research as im finding out!
