I don't mean to be nit-picky but I just want to clarify...
I didn't say to eat it instead of using it for oil pulling. I only said that I haven't used it for oil pulling yet since I just started oil pulling. I have only done oil pulling twice, today being my second day. I was commenting that I have been using coconut oil as a nutritional supplement and also to cook with and as a moisturizer for about 6 months now. That is the only experience I have with coconut oil so far but I know it has many antibacterial and anitfungal properties. I think that coconut oil would probably be a wonderful oil to pull with. I am currently using sesame oil to pull with because I have it in the house and it is cheaper then coconut oil. Once my sesame oil runs out I will most likely switch to coconut oil...not sure yet. I also wanted to clarify that I am definitely not an experienced oil puller. Sorry if I wasn't clear in my previous postings. I didn't want to give advice on oil pulling with coconut oil when I haven't pulled with it myself.
