Re: Sore Neck with headaches - SUGGESTIONS?

I don't have numbness, but my head makes involuntary shakes. After scanning the internet I found that a lot of people in nursery homes have it from using precription drugs. I was on them for 40 years and am a senior citizen.
White tiger suggested to use GABA and L-Tyrosine and that seemed to help.

Then I found a site with the suggestion that it can come from the neck. Of course I can't find it back, if you ever can find it let me know. I probably got there by researching Parkinsons disease.
Anyway at least I remember what they said what to do. You sit on a chair and let your arms hang along your side, preferably with some weights. You let your head bend to your right (and later left) shoulder, when I do that my head starts shaking. It does not happen when I do it any other way.

I knew about the activator method from 25 years ago but I did not know it was a special system, I thought that was one chiropractor that just used a clicker. Since then I have used regular chiropractors. About 4-5 months ago someone told me about this chiro that he used a clicker. And at that time I found out that is was a special method.
I love it usually he has to click more at the left side of my neck (like close to the ear)than on the right, it seems to be very precise.
For excercises I can do shoulder thrugs and hang my head to left or right only when there is no pain. I also bend forward and hold the positions.
If you want to try this get a chiro that is more advanced (I can't remember what they call it on their website), he suggested that to me because we are going for a few months to Florida and in case I need one.

BTW I have spinal stenosis (narrowing of the spine) in the lower back and when I went to a regular chiro it got worse, I have no problems with this system so far.
