Sorry to be so graphic, but I'm extra concerned.

My "monthly visitor" came today, and I had planned to do my first ever Liver-Flush tonight. Should I wait for a few days? Is it dangerous to do it today do to regular period cramping, blood loss (thus vitamin inbalances)?
