i did 4 flushes for my acne, however it has now got worse since the last flush over a month ago , i know this is probably a healing crisis and my candida coming back , but i am really trying to get the courage to do another flush as my skin has just started to calm down, i also have mild rosacea and candida. Your story really encourages me to keep going :)
