Greetings Moreless
The temps are diving to below freezing in my area tonight. I have many unripened tomatoes that I grew from suckers harvested from my original tomato plants that have not had time to ripen. My question is, do they have any nutritional value?
They where grown in mineralized soil ala Moreless's suggestions, so I beleive they must have some nutritional value! Am I correct to assume this? And if so , what would be the best way to prepare them?
Any help would be appreciated!
