Since you say you're new, I'll forget about it. It doesn't sound like you're taking enough shakes per day, you should be taking at least 3 a day to see any Mucoid Plaque. 1-2 Shakes a day only helps to keep you regular. Also, what are you mixing the P&B with? You should be using Apple Juice or Apple Cider (Organic if you can afford it) and a 500mL bottle of Mountain Spring Water should follow every shake (500ml equals to a large glass). Don't gulp down the water all at once, spread it out a bit over a good 30-45 minutes or so. If you just started taking shakes, don't jump to my amount of shakes per day, mine being 4-5 a day because your body needs to get used to it and could cause tearing or blockage, resulting in blood in your bowel movements which is not good. Water is KEY to success using P&B shakes for the cleanse.
