I have been battling fatigue ever since I had my son 9 years ago. However, about 3 years ago it got really bad, to the point that I could not get out of bed. Looking for some answers I went to an allergist that performed a scratch test on me. I came up as being allergic to bakers yeast, brewers yeast, tomatoes and basil. This is a very strange diagnosis and very rare. I have been told that scratch tests are not all that reliable?
I also have many other things going on, candida, thyroid problems and adreanal fatigue. I have been on a very strict diet of green veg., a couple different grains and some meat, fish and eggs. I am not sure if this is what is impacting the tests, or if the testing that was performed is even accurate.
