Hi again folks.
Since no one has answered my original question, I am assuming that no one who's bee here lately knows the answer. So for the benefit of anyone who would like to know, I have included one of the links I found where it explains in great detail how in essence, no, you do not have to accept vaccinations in order to travel if you are a citizen of the United States, unless you are entering a contry with a present outbreak of malaria.
