All of this information is much appreciated, including the website. I just went through the Barefoot posts on the subject as well. One thing I have noticed in just a few weeks is that my toes have spread out more and are not touching each other on my left foot... The right has got a ways to go , but there is marked improvement; my right is not the same size as my left, but I guess the shoe manufacturers think so. Pretty good progress over two weeks for 50 year old feet.
I started this about the same time I started the castor oil packs on my knees in order to hopefully help my painful knees out... the castor oil packs (did for 7 days straight and then left it alone as I was having some serious foot swelling; could this have been from the bare feet?) and/or the barefoot'n it is helping the old knees out some so I am keeping it up.
I may have to find some kind of flat leather soled shoe/sandal though as the boss has been looking at my feet a little funny.
