there are 6 billion nucletides in which genome? All of them?
It is clear that the environment cannot direct a mutation to specifically confer an evoltionary advantage. You are wrong, No one says mutations are completely independent of enviroment since it has long been known that some enviroments are conducive to mutations (radiation, chemical), what is put forth is that the enviro cannot specifically induce a beneficial mutation. You are also having difficulty distinguishing between random and non-random factors and how they each play a role in evolution. The explanations you provide are weak and inaccurate to the point of being deceptive.
Finally you penchant for pseudoscience to explain you belief in primitive creation mythologies is unconvincing.
