Day 6 OPing

Since yesterday evening, my ear canals have been painful/itchy and I think it's because they're draining of congestion, which seems odd to me....has anyone else experienced this? If so, how long does it take to go away? I finally took a claritine D last night before going to bed...

The pimple/acne/spots on my face that had appeared on Day 3 seem to be dried out and the former "scab" skin around them is what makes them noticible at all. I think I'm going to try a mud facial later and try to rub off the dead skin. Also, there don't seem to be any new spots, which is exciting!

Also noticed that teeth are completely one color now - all staining is completely GONE! Tweet
