It's okoay. I did the exact same thing. I was feeling low, wanting food, and before I could even think I ended up eating a whole bunch of fruit and popcorn too!
But I decided that I was just gonna get back on my fast, but instead do an apple fast instead, where you eat only apples. I hae done this fast before and was very successful. I also decided to blog about to help me through.
The important thing is not to get too donw on yourself. Just pick youself and and tell yourself you can do this!
I find that if I totally give up after breaking a fast, Im far worse off than if I would have given it another shot.
Success is not about never failing, its about picking yourself up after you fall. SOme of the most successful people make big mistakes, but its that they pick themselves up and complete their goal that makes them successful. I find that really helps me when I feel like giving up.
I've findd that everytime I end up breaking a fast, I learn something that makes it much easier to continue again. Try to learn something from this. LIke maybe it would be good to carry your drink with you, or something like that. That will help you move on and accept your mistakes as a learning experience.
And then you can start fresh with more knowledge for success under your belt!
