Good to hear from you Mike, as always.

I did have the heart cath, but glory to God, the angioplasty was not done. I may have had a false reading on the stress test, I'm not sure at this point. I'm just so relieved that I did not require the further procedure. I have already been eating better for a couple months now, occasionally treating myself to some unnecessary carbs and fats, but I have lost 14 pounds since August. I pray this heart situation will be the wake up call I need to get control of my disgusting, childish eating habits!

I pray you are doing well, Mike. I know you were in a lot of pain the last time I was active on the board here. Thanks for taking the time to respond. You know I just love Fuhrman's books and will re-visit his recipes. Ornish as well, that is one I have not read yet.
