when was the last time you flushed? How many flushes have you done? I think we are all making stones all the time. And we need to keep doing maintainance flushes forever.

I remember my 3rd flush I produced some bright green grape sized stones, which were slightly hard.

And otherwise, I have produced dark green stones. Have never had "brown/tan" stones. Every flush is such a mystery! its amazing indeed.
