I tried making kimchi yesterday. I ground up the veggies and pounded them till the water came out. Then I put them in jars. This morning I saw that the jars are leaking--the juice from the veggies had settled at the bottom of the jars, pushing the veggies to the top and the juices were flowing out of the jar. What do I do now? I have no idea how to solve this problem? Will I have to throw out this batch?
