The oil consistency does get much thinner and, as I said, turns yellow - today was actually more muted than yesterday or the day before.

I haven't done an evening pull yet, since I thought one had to do it after at least 4 hours without any drinking or eating anything. Normally I drink water and juice throughout the day and don't ever have a 4 hour period where my system isn't doing something.

I drink ACV every day, and have also recently begun adding periodic juice fasting to my normal diet regime. Tweet
