actually i only tried the himalayan salt recently, several years after i first tried the celtic Sea Salt , and i really prefer the H. salt. it tastes sweeter to me, and seems to be more mineralized.
also, i do know concentrace as i too have used that in the past. i now use another product called "active liquid minerals." it is taken from humic shale (ancient plant deposits) and so is plant based. it also contains fulvic acid and naturally occuring ormus. i LOVE this product, and do notice a difference between taking it and taking the H. salt. the active minerals are more energizing and give my brain a more alert feeling than the salt by itself.
its also possible different people will have different reactions, as some may be more minerals deficient than others, as well as more deficient in specific minerals than others.
