hey, yall, how about some feedback here?
good convo on salt. heres my 2.
before i ever got into real
Sea Salt (deep mined ancient), i got some concentrace, the liquid ionic minerals from liquimins. this was the only supplement i have ever taken that had an immediate and profound effect on me. of course, this was some time ago and my physical condition, including the chronic nature of it, must be considered. nutritionally, i was a wreck. i only got this reaction the first time i took it. after that, i was back ahead of whatever mineral curve i was behind at the time, so the effect could never be as pronounced. enter my friend who i will call dave.
dave was a typical 45 yo male with a couple of run ins with the medicos, a couple of prescriptions, some maladies, some malaise, depression, overweight, sad diet, and an incurable infection(which is cured now) going down the tubes all of a sudden after living the good life he worked so hard for. he asked for my help.
one of the first things we did was get him hydrated. he used redmonds and distilled water and had pretty much the same reaction from the redmonds that i had with the concentrace. after this, i had him try the concentrace and he had no reaction. i figured that he had gotten the mineral boost he needed from the salt minerals and when he got the concentrated and desalinated minerals in concentrace, the effect was no longer possible.
so i think maybe all this salt talk is like your first kiss as a teenager. it doesnt really matter who it is or how memorable the person ultimately is to you, you never forget it because it was your first. all i can say is that whatever kind of salt first turns your crank is the one you think is best because all subsequent doses will never do the same thing. this may even be true if you used other salts before the one that "did it" for you, simply because that threshold had not been surpassed yet - the difference between a peck on the cheek and an embracing kiss with full tongue!
any feedback?
