Alkalizing drink

Hi!

Yesterday I introduced my first BSM drink. Something wierd happened, I got itchy skin and woke up with a brain fog today.

I took one bottle of water, 500 ml, and put in some limewater and a pinch of ES to drink during the day in school.
Is it ok to do so?

Did BSM drink when I came home, itchy skin again.

I hope it's a good itch :)

I wonder about one thing after reading the posts about the drink.
Moreless, you said that you take 3/4 glass full of lime water to neutralize the acids in the ACV. But arent these acids necessary to help create the electric reaction with the BSM?
If it's ok to add how much limewater one wishes to, I will also add more.

And I read that Invincible adding both half a lemon, and one tbl of ACV to the drink. Is that ok to to if use one tbl BSM?
