Re: Vitamin and mineral supplements? Are they worthless?

i was a little hasty in my post so i wish to expound.

the idea that we are missing something from our diet is usually wrong. we are usually eating too much stuff. this clogs the system and decerases circulation, which is where real helath and healing begins and ends. the other thing supplements do is cause imbalances. you can chase your tail big time taking pills to improve yourself. i tried that at first and took every kind of supplement i could afford, even the fancy ones like coq10 and ip6 and glutathione.

fasting is the quickest way to relieve this condition. but this too takes preparation of the mind so you know what youre doing and of the body so that you dont poison yourself even worse.

the two biggest culprits for attacking thyropid function are mercury and fluoride. if you have not completely eliminated them, nothing else will help.
