Zoe or Somer...I have a hard time believing

Hey guys,

I start my cleanse tomorrow. Are you positive the saltwater flush doesn't damage the kidneys in any way? I just can't believe they don't filter some of the salt, and also did you really truly drink the saltwater every day of your long cleanses?

Thanks so much...just need a little support on the kidney deal
