Re: Thanks for tip about 'natto', Bluet.
What's your diet like? Do you eat sugar? I have paroxysmal tachycardia, which in my case means that sometimes my heart starts beating at 250-300 beats per minute for 30-45 minutes. Although this is caused by something constitutional, i.e. an extra electrical pathway in my heart, I have noticed that if I don't eat any
Sugar at all and also limit other carbs like grains and fruit, I will never get an attack. After only 1 day of
Sugar eating I already notice a difference, with for example more shortness of breath when exercising and a higher resting heart rate. So I think that your diet can really make a difference in making things easy or difficult for your heart.
Also, irregular heart beats can be caused by magnesium deficiency. Study your diet to see whether you get enough or you could try for example taking 1/4 teaspoon of magnesium sulphate every day, like some people on Curezone, including myself, do.
If there is significant plaque, then I think that it would take longer than a 1 week
Water Fast to disolve it, but it can certainly be done. Maybe you could try cutting out all
Sugar and doing several shorter
Water Fasts (4 days maybe), and see what difference that makes after 3 months or so, rather than immediately starting with medication or have some other procedure done.
