Re: what toiletries do ppl use?

Hi! I use all natural now- Especially after reading Dr. Hulda Clark 's books, "A Cure for All Cancers".

I do still use things she wouldnt approve of though-- but at least it's better than what I used to use!

I use Dr. Bronner's Castile liquid soap for shower gel- and I pour it on my shower brush and suds up! Peppermint is awesome during the hot Summer months. Lavender for Winter months

I use that Miracle II soap and nuetralizer for body wash and shampooo too., and I love Aubrey Organics for all thier facial washes, toners, deoderants, creams, hair shampoos, conditioners, body washes, etc.. They make everything-- including cosmetics.

For cosmetics, ive been using Burt's Bees cosmetics.

For toothpaste, I use Waleda baking soda/Salt paste. It leaves my mouth feeling very clean. For my toothbrush, i'm using Dr. Tung's Ionic toothbrush. I dont use any toothpastes with Flouride in it- because the type of flouride the ADA association has them put in the pastes is not the type that really truly fights cavities. It's a cheaper toxic waste product version . Since not using flouride toothpaste, my teeth have actually become WHITER! and people think I am using those Crest Whitestrips too!

I also use Jason brand non-flouride toothpastes--

Burt's Bee's makes good non-flouride, non chemical toothpastes with all natural ingredients- they are tasty too-- especially thier Cinnamint and Lavendar versions.

I also use some natural brand with licorice root in it. Whatever the healthfood stores sell that has the least amount of chemicals/-- and no flouride.

Even what I use is considered toxic compared to what others use. You have to go by What you can handle.
