plain old waterpik works great!
My dental ritual: oil swish w/sunflower oil(add a couple of drops of oregano oil a couple times a week).Rinse rinse rinse. Use waterpik w/ approx 1/3 c. hydrogen peroxide added to water. Brush teeth with microbrite tooth powder.... :D
