I fasted for 3 weeks, and did Psyllium shakes, sometimes PB shakes, I got out mucoid plaque, but not even a bit of candida.
Only time I see candida is flakes coming out with my urine sometimes.
And Im allergic to everything, all antifungals there is. To strong.
