I'm getting ready to give a liquidarian diet a try. I agree about the oils, and the Mrs. Barefoot. I'm also going to consume 2-5 LBB's a night so that I can start the day off right ; ) I'm going to work out with light weights to keep what little muscle mass I have, and MAYBE grind up some bee pollen as fine as I can get it to add to my post workout juice. I have to make a trip ths week to get the fruits I need, and then we're off.
