Stomach hurts from CO

Hi all!

I've been experiencing some trouble with (and I'm thinking it's the culprit) my CO. I started taking Nutiva CO several weeks ago and just loved it. I attest to the fact that it's make my skin and hair WONDERFULLY SOFT, and have also put 2-1/2TBSP into a protein/flax shake every morning with no problem. After the Nutiva ran out, I bought some Tropical Traditions CO. First off, I have to say that I did NOT like the taste nearly as much. There is a "weirdness" to it. It smells and tastes slightly "gamey" or something. I don't like it. Anyway, I've been taking the TT CO now for about a week and have been having bad stomach cramps and feel very bloated on and off throughout the day. I suspect it's the CO. Has anyone else experienced this? I did start taking it straight mixed w/ some orange juice instead of putting it in my protein drinks, but it hasn't been on an empty stomach or anything. I'm afraid to drink it now because I don't want the stomach cramps (which are not the diarrhea/intestinal kind...but more of a sharp cramp right in the stomach area). Just wanted to know if anyone else has this experience. I will say that I won't be buying Tropical Traditions again. It's awful, IMO, compared to Nutiva.

Also, I'm just now reading about CO not being compatible w/ Blood Type O?? Of course, this is me, along with the majority of the population. I don't know about the validity of this, but why must there always be a catch!? :-/

Thanks in advance for anyone's help/opinion!
