no, its not necessary to do "active liquid minerals"

its just a product i like quite a bit, so i recommend it. but you can certainly get all the minerals you need from others sources. i personally think kelp is the most complete mineral source (be sure to frontier brand). but sole and black strap molasses are also excellent sources. i just got some pink himalayan salt and really like it. i think it is more mineralized than celtic Sea Salt , which is what i was using before.

juicing is another excellent way of getting minerals.
