Hi!

I have Grapefruit-Seed-Extract :) So maybe I can try that out?

How do I mix to the shake so that it is properly absorbed to the fiber? Do I mix Grapefruit-Seed-Extract with oil, or just put som drops to the water and then add the fibers?
