Day 1
Hi all,
Well, I decided to simply make a fresh start of the juice fast this morning as though it's day 1.
My actual target/goal was losing weight for two receptions last night - so regardless of days done, I met my first goal - if that makes sense! :-)
I made it through last night, but went to a couple of receptions where I had three glasses of wine (total through evening). Even though they're liquid, I'm assuming that they're not really on the fast.
So, my next goal is next Saturday, when my husband and I are going on a short trip and I'd like to lose some weight beforehand. ;-) So, I guess my fast will be 8 days this time - today through next Friday, and I'll break the fast on Saturday.
I generally feel really good today. Kind of tired. But am looking forward to the weekend, and my husband and I had a talk today about my fasting and he's now onboard, which is a huge relief.
