Some commercial fruits have more chemicals than others. It's better to get those fruits you can peel. Apples are pretty bad, but they were measured with their peels on. I wonder what they would rate if they had been peeled. That won't eliminate all the pesticides because some are inside but it will eliminate a fair portion.

Maybe you can eat more of the things found to have less pesticides, like pineapple, grapefruit, blueberries, avocado, kiwi, etc.
