hey this is a question for North Coast Man as i was talking to u about gym supplements earlier in the Moreless forum but for anyone who can help aswell!
when i look around for whey proetein powder all i see is hardcore brand names that explicitly list all the extra carbs and glucosamine etc that is added. if i want to suplement a healthy whey protein (as i know its alkaline) what am i looking for? what should i look out for when looking at the ingredients... should it be microflitered/ionized etc? do the added ingredients that all the big names include do harm?
