I just wanted to post how important I think it is to remember to take a break from everything that you are doing for awhile. I have been cleansing and flushing etc for awhile, taking lots of spirulina and BSM&ACV&cayenne and I noticed things helped but I still felt drained/tired/crappy which ever you want to call it. I stopped taking everything for about 2 weeks and I really felt great, I think your body needs time to catch up. Im starting taking spirulina and a few things again but I think a break was really necessary to see the changes. Im now understanding the importance of giving your body the time it needs.
