Thanks for the added info; it puts my anxiety to rest on THAT issue. :-)
On a note on weight loss, since I have no scale, I thought I'd measure progress through my clothing sizes. I have clothes from size 8 through size 12. Then last week I went out and squeezed myself into two size 14 suits and was comfortable in a size 18. I bought all three since I literally had nothing left that I could fit into that was professional.
I've been wearing the size 18 suits to a bunch of stuff over the last week, and haven't taken the two size 14s out of my closet - until today. While they used to be "I have got to fit into these suits, what do you MEAN I don't fit into them"....today I fit into BOTH of them comfortably! I was able to button both jackets without doing the hunchback shoulders forward thing, and both skirts zipped up all the way without tummy hanging out the top!

So I have no idea about actual weight loss, but I must have lost
inches - this is such an achievement for me! I have the rest of today and two more days before I break my fast - I'm thinking I'll break this fast after 7 days - so that would be Friday. Then I'd spend 4 days eating foods and go back on another 7 day fast next week.....does anyone have thoughts on this - is 7 a good length, or should I try to go for 10 each time? I read on the web a bunch of places that 4 days in between fasts is a good length of time to give the metabolism support. ANy thoughts on that either?
