Good. I have done 3 flushes so far. My first flush I did a 3 day kidney cleanse right before I did the flush. For the 3 days I ate only organic cucumbers and apples and fasted on organic apple juice all of the 3rd day. For 7 days before the kidney cleanse I took the parasite tincture. so 7 days parasite, 3 days kidney cleanse, next day liver flush.

I have done it this way for my first and third liver flush. For my second one I just did the flush with no prep at all. The results speak for themselves. On my first flush I got 184 stones, 2nd flush was only 81 stones and 3rd flush I got 300 stones. I believe the prep is very important for a good flush. Hope this helps too. Tweet
