I've been buying the organic raw store jarred chinese fermented cabbage and it's been great, although one jar is $6 and I could eat that for one meal.
So, my mom made her homeade stuff, with other vegetables, and it tasted great. I love adding cayenne to make it nice and spicy to. I ate some for lunch at 1:00 and by 9:00 I had diarreah. It was fermenting since wednesday. Do you think I should give it some getting used to or should I stop eating it, cuz we have sooo much and it's sooo good!
